Registrations

Registering a child in the Youth EMPACT program is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3. Below you will find those 3 simple steps listed.

complete the online registration form.

Submit all of the required forms to the following email address: empoweringageneration@gmail.com

03.

 

Pay the $25 monthly dues for your first month. Fee - payable online via this link
