EMPOWERING A GENERATION

Welcome to the official online home of the Youth EMPACT program. The Youth EMPACT program has been a staple in the lives of young people since its inception in 2014. Throughout those years the Youth Empower to Achieve Cadets has provided young men and women with a wholesome and healthy program; aimed at creating a disciplined and active, young community leader. The program has proven itself to be challenging and yet rewarding.

Participants in the Youth EMPACT program receive the following: discipline, leadership training, and participate in the following activities: camping, national initiatives, mountain climbing, educational and recreational field trips. There are also support groups for those participants who are in need of such services. Cadets also participate in community service projects, skills training parades, and gain a host of other experiences.

The Youth EMPACT program provides a safe haven for young men and women who often find themselves lost and seeking direction, guidance and unsure of their purpose.

The Youth EMPACT program provides young men and women, ages 5 and up, the necessary skills to become successful and productive members of society and citizens in life.

Cadets participate in training that includes military customs and courtesies, drill and ceremony, physical fitness training, sports programs, science, class work, and annual field training exercises. The Youth Empower to Achieve Cadets program offers a robust outdoor training experience to all participants.

Headquartered in Fayetteville, North Carolina, which is home to Fort Bragg, the 82nd Airborne Division, 18th Airborne Corps and the United States Airborne and Special Operations Command, the Youth Empowered to Achieve Cadets program is steeped in military tradition and honor.

The Youth EMPACT program is built on a proud tradition of honor, leadership, discipline and integrity. Through our dedication to improving the lives of young men and women, we are committed to empowering a generation.
