The National Chaplain Corps is a support service for members of the local law enforcement community, elected officials, government employees and their families as well as the community in crisis situations

EMPACT International Chaplains are all licensed and/or ordained members of their respective faiths and provide their spiritual support without charge or prejudice.

The National Chaplains Corps is on-call and renders chaplaincy services 24 hours a day and seven days a week for:

  • Spiritual support and assistance to those within our service area and their families for personal needs such as marriage, family, illness, stress, or grief

  • Spiritual support and assistance to the community in crisis in response to death, accident, police calls or other situations in which a chaplain can be of assistance.

  • All Chaplaincy services are rendered with the highest level of confidentiality, respect and professionalism.


Chaplains must meet these requirements to serve with the EMPACT

Chaplains serve 2 on-call days per month responding for 24 hours to chaplaincy request calls.
Internatiional National Chaplains Corps:

  • A minimum of three years of ministry or counseling experience

  • Complete a 40-hour Chaplain Training Academy provided by EMPACT International

  • Attend monthly training meetings

  • Serve two 24-hour on-call Duty Days per month

  • Complete one four hour minimum ride along with an officer per month

  •  

EMPACT International Chaplains serve as volunteers.
